Quick Summary
28-day refund window: You may request a refund within 28 days of your program start date.
After day 28: Refunds are not available; if life throws a curveball, we can adjust your plan or offer a short emergency deferral (up to 2 weeks) to protect momentum.
$395 ELI fee: Non-refundable once initiated due to its immediate, personalized value.
Fair calculation: Refunds are based on value already received (ELI, completed sessions, late/no-shows) minus up to 3% card fees.
Per-session rates for math: Founders $175.00; Standard $216.67; Premium $300.00.
Refund requests must be made within 28 days of your first scheduled session.

Refund Policy
You can request a refund within 28 days of your program start date (your first scheduled session).
We consider the ELI fee if initiated, completed sessions, and any sessions missed without 24-hour notice.
If no sessions have been attended, the refund equals payments received minus the ELI fee if initiated and minus up to 3% card fees.
We confirm every calculation in writing so there are no surprises.
How Refunds Are Calculated
Refunds are calculated based on the ELI fee, completed sessions, and missed sessions, minus up to 3% card fees. Here's the breakdown...
Start with payments received.
Subtract $395 for the ELI once it has been initiated.
Subtract the per-session rate multiplied by completed sessions or sessions missed without 24-hour notice.
Subtract up to 3% in card processing fees.
The result is your refund amount.
Flexibility Options
We can adjust your schedule, simplify action steps, or defer a session. We will work together to keep you moving forward without losing progress.
One-time adjustment to attendance or action-step expectations
Emergency deferral up to 2 weeks for verified health needs or immediate family emergencies
One-time transfer to another eligible client within the first 4 weeks ($50 admin fee)
Case-by-case review for rare events such as hospitalization (the refund window does not change)
Options depend on scheduling availability.
Payment Plans
Pay in full or in three monthly payments.
The same math applies. If payments received are less than the ELI fee plus sessions used, that balance is due at refund time. Future payments are canceled once any balance is cleared.
If you need to cancel a payment plan, we will work with you to settle any outstanding balance for completed services. Our goal is a smooth, fair process that respects your investment and progress.
Non-Refundable Items
These items deliver immediate value or incur irreversible costs, so they cannot be refunded.
ELI assessment fee ($395) once initiated. Provides immediate, personalized value you keep, which is why it is non-refundable.
Transfer admin fee ($50) once processed. Covers administrative work and scheduling changes completed on your behalf.
Physical or digital materials explicitly marked non-refundable at purchase. Includes printed workbooks and downloadable guides (production or instant-access costs).
Timing and Processing
We initiate approved refunds within 10 business days.
Your bank or card processor may take an additional 3 to 10 business days depending on your payment method.

We know that asking for a refund can feel like a tough decision. Email us within the 28-day window, and we will make the process smooth and respectful.

Include your program start date, the sessions you have attended, and a brief note about your decision.
We aim to respond within 2 business days and initiate approved refunds within 10 business days.
