We provide coaching services, not therapy or medical treatment. Coaching focuses on goals, habits, and decisions.

Payment is due as shown at checkout. If a payment fails you agree to update your method promptly.

Give 24 hours notice to reschedule. No-shows are counted as a used session.

All content, tools, and materials are provided for your personal use. Do not share, republish, or resell without written permission.

Services are provided as is without warranties. We aim for quality but do not guarantee specific outcomes.

To the maximum extent allowed by law our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Dakota, United States, without regard to conflict of laws.
